: Pan-specific prediction model for binding of peptides to HLA class I proteins

SeqDA-HLA server predicts binding of peptides to HLA class I molecules of known sequence. The useful biological patterns of the peptide and HLA sequences are extracted using the language model and double attention network. Predictions can be made for peptides of any length.
